At Kuk Sool Won Glasgow we offer much more than just martial arts classes. As part of regular class we incorporate strength and mobility training principles to help you reach your highest level of strength and fitness.
But if you are looking to take your training to the next level or are looking for fitness training only we have a range of fitness services that can be tailored to suit your needs.
We offer personal training to everyone, whether you are a student of ours or not. We have our own private training facility so we can focus on your training and not have the regular distractions of a busy gym.
After an initial consultation I will build a complete program for you, this can include strength, cardio, nutrition and/or mobility and flexibility training based on your goals.
How often you train is up to you! You can have regular guided sessions with me or you can complete your program in your own time before we meet again. I am always looking to help you get the most out of your training, however much time you have to invest.
I am passionate about moving better and gaining strength in all ranges of motion. Building strength or cardio alone isn’t going to translate to helping you in sport or general daily tasks unless you can access that strength in various ranges of motion. I can help assess your mobility restrictions and help you build a full mobility and stretching program to help you move better.
Whether you are looking to lose, maintain or gain weight, I don’t promote any fad diets or gimmicks. I just aim to help you make healthier choices and give you the tools to make sure you are eating the right amount to achieve your goals.
Online PT and Custom Programs
If you are interested in training with me but don’t have the time or can’t make it to Glasgow, I can help you with Online Personal Training. We will have an initial consultation call where we can discuss your goals and motivation for training and I will make you a program based on whatever equipment you have access to.
If you are looking to get a good full body workout in a group setting, we have Circuit Training classes every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm. These are designed to enhance our Martial Art student’s training but are effective for anyone looking to work up a sweat followed by a guided stretching session.
