The European Tournament is an international event featuring competitors from across Europe.

The usual format is National Testing on Friday morning, Demo practice in the afternoon and Adult Black Belt Tournament in the evening. Junior Black Belt and Colour Belt Tournament is usually the Saturday morning/afternoon followed by Black Belt promotions and demonstration.
