What Is Kuk Sool Won Glasgow?

Kuk Sool Won Glasgow is an adults-only martial arts school based in Glasgow city centre. Our training is rooted in a traditional Korean martial art and covers everything from striking and joint locking to weapons, acrobatics, fitness, mobility, and practical self-defence.

Classes are friendly, welcoming, and structured. You will train alongside a lot of friendly people of different ages and backgrounds, all of whom started exactly where you are now. No experience or minimum fitness level required.

This is about learning a diverse and interesting martial art, moving better, and building fitness and skill over time.


What the Beginner Course Includes

Our beginner course is designed specifically for people who are new to martial arts or returning after a long break.

    A syllabus handbook which outlines everything you learn over the 6 weeks. You will also get lots of focused time with an instructor, plenty of time to ask questions and space to practice.
