In this workshop we will cover some strength training principles and teach you some fundamental weightlifting exercises.

This is aimed at beginner and intermediate strength trained individuals and will help you perfect your technique with compound exercises like back squat, deadlift and others.

I will also provide you with a workout program on completion of the workshop. We will use the session to calculate the load you should be using and you can then continue your strength training from there.

The program is designed to be completed alongside your regular KSW training to enhance your martial art skills. This workshop will be limited in number to allow everyone a fair chance to practice the exercises.
